30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. WE GUARANTEE YOUR SATISFACTION WITH ALL LIVE AHA MERCHANDISE. YOU MAY RETURN ANY UNWORN, UNDAMAGED ITEM WITH RECEIPT WITHIN 30 DAYS FOR A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF THE PURCHASE PRICE (MINUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING) 

Email us at info@liveaha.com to begin the return process within one week of receiving your package. 

To return an item, please follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip. Note the reason for your return and enclose the slip in the shipping carton.

Securely wrap the package and send it to the address listed on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, please contact us at info@liveaha.com

The return will be issued in the same form of payment as you used when checking out. Please allow one week for your return to appear on your credit card statement.
 
Shipping Your Product 
Email us at info@liveaha.com before sending your package back.  We will provide you with a shipping label. Items must be unworn and packaged in the original LA packaging. Ship in a padded mailer or box to protect the products during shipment.  

*Include your first name, last name, order number and the reason you are returning your item.

Once received and inspected, a credit will be issued for all returned items meeting the 30 day guarantee provisions. The credit will be issued to the card upon which the order was originally placed.

Please note: no exchange or return on items with reduced retail prices, special promotions, sales etc.

Exchanges 
Please email us at info@liveaha.com to begin the return process and go ahead and place your new order.  If you used a discount code on your original order and are exchanging for something else, let us know the code will be honored!
